If you wish to return an item, you need to contact us first. Packages sent to us without prior approval may be returned at the customer's expense. Our shipping department has many packages coming and going each day and "mystery packages" that arrive unannounced are difficult to process. You may be responsible for for a restocking fee as well as return shipping.
