Payment for orders will be made via your credit card upon receipt of your order. Sales tax and shipping charges will be added. Your credit card will be charged on the day that your order is shipped. We are committed to providing you with the best possible products available. ALL our products are of superior quality level. BinderBass does everything it can to provide the best Bass, and the fastest shipping.

If you wish to return an item, you need to contact us first. Packages sent to us without prior approval may be returned at the customer's expense. Our shipping department has many packages coming and going each day and "mystery packages" that arrive unannounced are difficult to process. You may be responsible for for a restocking fee as well as return shipping.


If you order something and you find it faulty, contact us by Email or call at 1.845.893.9725 about the return to make arrangements to have the warranted items replaced.

Please have your "Sales Order Number" ready. You must obtain a Return Authorization from us before returning your item.
